Falling sick is a sign that you badly need a break from your busy schedule. You can only go the distance if you take a rest from time to time.

:) Many thanks for the comments. Indeed different comment if viewed from different angle.
I actually adapted the quote from the true story drama "one litre of tears" (i know i know, i supposed to watch it in CNY, but i just couldnt help make myself to tears "P).
It is a fortunate thing to see many peoples care for you when you fall sick, therefore inconvenient is the right word to describe the sickness.
I still havent finish the drama, just half way through, but it's sad to know in advance that at the end, the girl will die. Because in real life, someone has lost their life to the sickness in the past...
